[TVARC] Conway Reef

3D2CR on Conway Reef just started up on 40M CW.  No info yet on how long
they plan to stay, but I'd guess that since this was the second attempt this
month to get there, I'd think it will be a relatively long time.  Conway is
about 450km from Fiji, and should be fairly workable from here, at least
once the pileups wind down.
