Frank - is it possible that it thinks you're a DX station?  Try entering a
stateside QSO and see if that scores > 0.

Running the ARRL DX CW Contest and all ok except Pts always come up 0. Total
score is 0 and each DX contact is 0. 
Multiplier show correctly, info entered as 599 and typically K.tried
entering 1000 for power - no change. 
Reinstalled country list and rescored - no change.

Any ideas??? 
Just working it for fun so not so important to resolve immediately.
