Hi Members of TVARC's MailList (especially those of you interested in
contesting),

My experience in this year's CQ Worked All Prefixes (WPX) RTTY Contest
(Contest ID = "CQ-WPX-RTTY") was pathetic! In approximately, 2 hours of
operation, I only accumulated nine (9) contacts (QSOs). However, all of
them were mulitpliers! So, my bottom-line is a claimed score of 198 points.

So, hopefully, others had a better experience than I did during this year's
CQ WPX RTTY Contest. My detailed results are shown below. I submitted my
results to the official sponsor's contest robot. I also submitted them to
3830scores.com. These submissions were both entered as individual and as a
member of TVARC's contesting group.

My congratulations to the other club members who participated in this
year's contest and scored very nicely. In particular, I doff my hat to the
three (3) club mates listed below (Source: 3830scores @
https://www.3830scores.com/currecscores.php?arg=lncqiuzhivayJ).

Call QSOs Prefixes OpTime Score Club
KA1AF 571 363 22 430,563 The Villages Amateur Radio Club
K2PS 362 220 12 190,740 The Villages Amateur Radio Club
NØSMX 1053 27 1,053 The Villages Amateur Radio Club
K4QR 9 9 2 198 The Villages Amateur Radio Club

I flagged N0SMX's 3830score because his total score (1,053) appears to be
incorrectly calculated. He should have a much bigger score given his 1,053
QSOs and 27 prefixes (multipliers). Hopefully, he can still correct his
official submission if it suffers from this same miscalculation as his
submission to 3830score.com.

SCORE CALCULATIONS
------------------
#QSOs = 9 (need to breakdown these 9 QSOs per this contest's scoring
rules):
#QSO Points = (#QSOs) x (Pts/QSO)
            = {[(1qso) x (6pts/qso)] + [(8qsos) x (2pts/qso)]} = 22
TOTAL SCORE = (#QSOpoints x Multipliers)
TOTAL SCORE = 22 x 9 = 198
