[TVARC] Any Suggestions

Was operating CQ RRTY Contest when things went haywire. Have done quite a bit of investigating with no luck yet so I thought I would look for suggestions.

I have lost the ability to transmit USB audio from both the Mac system and the PC system and rig is IC-7300.
Was on a PC sending RTTY via Fldigi on USB-D when I got no power out.
Codec audio from rig to PC is good. All control is good. All communications is good except for USB-D audio.
Note: SSB and CW work with no issues.
Since it showed up, I have seen it work on FT8 a couple of times. I also saw it work on both the PC and the Mac.  Now, no digital mode using USB audio will work. By not work, I mean, no power output from the rig in these modes. Also, with the Monitor on, no audio is heard.
I have a USB switch to connect rig to Mac or PC - swapped that out and same problem.
Have not swapped out the USB cable from rig to switch but I am not sure that will have any effect since all other functions work.
At this point, I am thinking the issue is in the rig.
And yes, everything, software and hardware has all been through master resets several times (power down).

Any and all ideas are welcome.
