The best Holiday Party yet!  My family figured they’d just eat and run, but they stayed and had a great time.  And we appreciated all who seemed to enjoy relating to a two-year-old and 3-month-old.

Well I had a wonderful time.  We squeezed 86 members and their guests into the room and still had room for dancing.

Many thanks to a lot of people.  A big thank you to Rich, ND4G, for setting up Punchbowl.  That allowed us to keep track of the signups and to make sure that we had a good distribution of side dishes and desserts.  Speaking of food, you all outdid yourselves.  We had quite a variety and just about the right amount of everything.  I sampled almost everything, and it was all delicious.  Thanks to all of you for your potluck contributions.

A big thank you to our setup and cleanup volunteers.  Setup went amazingly fast, and we were ready in plenty of time for folks to arrive and lay out their food dishes.  And did you notice the fancy holiday tree centerpieces on the tables?  They were sewn by Nancy, KN4ULF, and decorated by Karen, K4ZDM.

Finally, a huge thank you to Karen for pulling it all together.  She does love to plan a party, and I might be just a bit biased, but I think she hit a home run with this one.
