[TVARC] Dipole Orientation Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for horizontal dipole orientation by time for 20 meters?

I was trying random orientation, but I’m to the point that I’m going to start logging antenna orientation for my QSOs.  According to PSKreporter, at 1500Z with my antenna oriented NE, I’m getting al lot of reception into Europe and Asia.
