[TVARC] FT8 JT alerts query

Hi John.  I have never noticed or bothered with the JTAlert sounds. 
Frankly, I did not know it was a feature.  I recently upgraded to V2.15.5
only to get an error message that the default sound devices were no
longer supported, making the app useless.  I went back to V2.15.2 until I
upgrade to a new computer when Windows 7 support evaporates.
