[TVARC] TO9W

TO9W is on 30M FT8 F/H and strong with up to 4 signals.
QRZ.COM <http://qrz.com/> still has them listed as DXCC France but they are operating from Orient Bay on St Martin.
I accidentally left my set up in FT8 normal mode - not Fox and Hound mode - and still worked them ok.
