I sent my LDG tuner in for Repair. It's the small remote RT-100. I sent it
in two weeks ago. I expected to pay for the repair. I expected it to take
several months. And Perhaps repair cost would be close to the original cost.
I sent them the tuner minus the Controller, power cord and Fasteners. They
sent me a new one including all the other stuff. Controller and accessories.
This unit has been in the closet for a couple of years. I was checking the
manual and in there they said to send failed units back for repair. SOooo I
did.
Pretty good bunch of folks.
It's apparently cheaper to replace the units instead of repairing the old
one. However, I certainly did not expect to get the service for free.
Pretty good bunch of folks.
New, that unit is $249.99
Guess where I will be purchasing my next tuner.
No more dumb moves. Message to me from me. When using Digital ---- Watch
your power.
