[TVARC] ft8 and ft4 operators

TVARC members,

If you find yourself adding frequencies to your
WSJT software due to various dxpeditions or such, or if you don't have CAT
control of your rig, you may occasionally forget which frequencies are the
recommended ones for FT-8 and FT-4.

So I made up a chart you can print, showing
Joe Taylor's recommended ones. You may find
this helpful.
