[TVARC] NAQP CW K2PS Single Op LP

The grandkids left me alone for about an hour total and so I had a chance to
play a little radio in the NAQP CW contest.  At least for the time I was on,
20M was the only open band, and it was awful, with weak signals and lots of
QSB.  Later in the afternoon I tried 40 and that was much better.
