[TVARC] FT8 Question

I noticed this morning that it appears that my FT8 frequency is changing
without my input.  

 

Here's a snip from the activity.  I finished with JG1ERW, then called CQ on
2676.  All of a sudden, I'm on 494, calling JA1EOD.  I'm thinking he may be
a "fox," automatically changing my frequency - but I'm not in "hound" mode.
There's an added complexity in that JA1EOD then immediately starts a QSO
with K2PSD, a similar callsign, leaving me calling JA1EOD until I realized
something was amiss.  This is the second time this occurred this morning.  I
thought somehow I must have changed it in a senior moment, but when it
happened again.

 



 

Is this an FT8 bug?  I'm still on 2.0.1, BTW.
