There are various apps for iPhone and android for that. I’ve checked my iPhone 8 app against a commercial (interpretation: expensive and calibrated) meter and its pretty good. Watch your distance to source (NASA standard is .6 meter) and weighting (generally A weighted). Haven’t checked my Android tablet.
