[TVARC] JT1CO Mongolia 14.026. CW

Frequently you hear JT1 and BD0 calling
CQ past the grey line on 20 or 17M running
FT- with few responses. I don't know if they
just can't hear us or can't get thru the QRM,
I suspect the latter.
