Last night I put this post on our spotting network.

XR1RRC Russian Robinson Team on Santa Maria Island IOTA SA-069 operating CW on 30M at 10.1165 UP

Re DXCC, this is Chile. However, there was interesting information on QRZ. Not being an IOTA chaser (yet), is this a rare island. Geographically it did not seem as if it would be since it is a short distance off the Chilean coast.
