It's not a legitimate contact at all.  Was surprising he said that he logged
it.  I'll be looking for him the next few days, figuring that even with my
puny signals (as evidenced by last weekend's struggles) he's even weaker
than me!  So if I can hear him, I can work him.

Using pskreporter to see if he hears you makes me think of net operations
where the NCS would do relays and drop hints about report exchanges in
order to make the QSO complete.  The BG station may have copied you but
you never saw him on your screen so how legit is it.  There have been
times where I've tried to close out a contact and end up getting a
message from the DX telling me I'm in the log thanking me for the contact
so I breathe a little easier having logged it, hi.
