[TVARC] FW: BG3UTD

I’ve been trying to work a station in China for my FT8 totals.

 

Using PSKReporter I saw that station BG3UTD was hearing me.  So I tried
calling him, even though I was not seeing his call on my FT8 screen as being
decoded, and got the following via email.
