[TVARC] Equipment sale at tomorrow's meeting

Clubmates,


This is a reminder that there will be a sale of equipment before the TVARC meeting tomorrow.  For a complete

list of equipment and the asking prices for each item, check out the link on the home page of the club's website:http://www.k4vrc.com

Here are some additional details regarding the sale:


- The equipment will be laid out on the tables at the back of the meeting room and covered until the start of the sale.


- At 5:45 the covers will be removed, and the sale will begin.  For the first 15 minutes of the sale we will only accept

the prices listed on the items.


- Starting at 6:00 we will entertain offers.  The later it gets in the sale, the lower the offers can get.  We do not

want to take all this equipment back.


- You MUST remove any items you purchase ASAP, or at least by the end of the meeting.


- Cash or a check made out to The Villages Amateur Radio Club will be accepted.


- If you buy an item, and it turns out not to be as described, we will take it back for a full refund.


If there are any disputes about an item, a decision will be made by the committee in charge of the sale.
