[TVARC] SATERN closed down the Hurricane Florence Activation

Hi Members of TVARC's Maillist,

*Deactivation:*  Effective September 14, 2018, 9:41 PM, SATERN has closed
down their activation of their emergency radio nets (Delta 2 mode) for
Hurricanes Florence & Isaac.

The SATERN radio net(s) are now back into training mode (Delta I).

*Thanks:* SATERN would like to thank all of the Net Controls, the many
relays, & all those who checked-into their emergency radio nets.

*SATERN Net Operations: *The normal net resumes this Saturday (9/15/2018).
The International SATERN SSB Net meets on Monday through Saturday (no
Sundays), on 14.265 MHz (+/- QRM),  at 1500 UTC (11 am EST), with early
check-ins about 30 to 45 minutes prior to the official start time.
