[TVARC] FT8 Practice Contest Tonight

Tonight, Wednesday from 10-11P our time, there will be a one-hour
"demonstration contest" for FT8 and its new contest facility.  You'll need
to install v2.0.0-rc3 and set up your configuration slightly differently
from normal FT8-ing.  Practice will give you a leg up for the new rules
regarding the ARRL RTTY Roundup, and also for Field Day.
