[TVARC] Tethered COW Drone

I see that the cell companies are now using "tethered COW drones" (Cell on
wheels) to establish temporary cell connections. The drone gets it power
through the tether as well as handles the "tower" connection. It is easy to
haul and they then use a dish to connect to a satellite to complete the
circuit. I think it is a great idea since just about everyone now has cell
phones. It also reduces our workload as alternate communication. I saw where
they are being used in Mexico Beach.
