[TVARC] Final equipment from the estate

Fellow TVARC members,


As the committee members managing the disposition of the estate items inspected, and in many cases tested,

and in some cases repaired/cleaned up, we created a small group of items that we deemed not worth offering

for sale.  These we decided simply to trash.  However, I hate trashing radio related items (I say 'I' because the

items are being stored at my house), so I am putting the items on the reflector to see if anyone wants them -

totally AS IS.  Plus I am offering some items that were on the tables at the club meeting, but no on wanted them.

So, here is the FINAL opportunity to claim something - free - before the items go to CH2M Hill.


Claim an item by emailing me.  I can bring any claimed items to this Thursday's club meeting, or we can

arrange a time for you to pick up the item at my house.  So, here's the list:


Realistic DX-302 Communication Receiver - This radio is missing most of its knobs, all of its feet, has some duct tape residue, and the battery compartment is very rusty.  But it actually works.  One of these, in very nice condition, was

put on the back table at a club meeting a couple of years ago, but nobody wanted it.


Kenwood TS-700SP 2M all mode transceiver - This radio sort of powers up, but not all of the lights come on, and

the digital display does not come on at all.  The radio does not transmit or receive.  No noise at all out of the speaker

or phones jack.  Missing all bottom feet, one side foot, the handle and two knobs.  It does have the power cord.


TenTec Model 1209 2m - 6m transverter.  Untested.  Has some tape residue.


Apex Radio 700DTA Desktop Active Antenna - This device is missing its whip antenna (BNC mount).  It powers on,

but was not tested further.


Ramsey Electronics PA-10 2m power amplifier - This device was not tested.  It is missing its power supply.  Has lots of tape residue.


TW 2010 5 band antenna controller - This controller is part of an antenna system.  The antenna was not found.


Astatic Noise Cancelling speaker - 4" square.  Missing power supply.  Untested.  Lots of sticky tape residue.


Micronta 12VDC regulated power supply - 2.5 Amps.  Tested and found working.


DOSY A-SW-4 Selector Switch - whatever this is, it was untested.  Some labels are worn off.


Hand microphones - Kenwood SMC-34 speaker mic;  Kenwood SM-33 speaker mic;  Radio Shack (6-pin);

MFJ (4-pin)


Wall wart power supplies - Two KTEC 12VDC at 700mA; Rigblaster 12VDC at 300mA.


So, first come - first served.  Email me if you want anything.  Anything not claimed by the club meeting Thursday

goes in the dumpster.
