Club: The Villages Amateur Radio Club

Comments: Lots of other priorities this weekend, so only operated
sporadically.  Still, this is a great contest, usually generating lots of
activity.  Indeed, 40 had stations all the way up to 7.125.  I can recall
when you only saw activity in the first 50 kHz of the band.  Same with 20.
15 meters had a European opening Sunday morning (didn't get on Saturday) but
never saw any DX on 10 when I checked.

Of club members, only heard K2TE (and worked him for the multiplier).

Looking forward to the next two weekends, for the two 10 meter contests.
RTTY next week (of which I am returning World Champion with last year's
total 32 QSOs), and the ARRL 10M contest Dec 8-9.  The ARRL contest gets
lots of activity, and anyone who cares to give K2PS a call in either contest
would be most welcome!  I'll have my 4-element yagi up and plan a big
effort.
