[TVARC] daily sun

I'm out of state until next Wednesday, so I can't take part in ROS.
Regarding classes, I can only speak for Extras although in my opinion the
message applies to all license levels.

The message is simple.  Our club has made it easy to get your ticket, not
only by providing classes free of charge, but also by providing a web site,
K4VRC, through which anyone can sign up for those classes.  In addition
there is a paper sign-up form that has been used in previous years. I'll
send a copy to the reflector so anyone helping with ROS has a copy.

At the October meeting I announced a potential Extra class in January &
received only 2 web forms and one of them has backed out since.  Hopefully
ROS can generate some additional interest and we can get enough signups to
justify some classes.
