[TVARC] ARRL Contest Club Eligibility List

Our club has been added to the ARRL Eligible Contest Club list.
The second step was to submit the list of eligible members and their grids. This was done and a list of the stations and their grids are shown below. Please review to ensure the calls and grids are correct. This list can be updated whenever needed.
However, I am not listed as an authorized TVARC member for this submission. As of now, only Ron Adcock is authorized. He has received an email from ARRL, asking him to provide the authorization within 72 hours. I have contacted Ron to ask that he take care of this.
This authorization is not required for you to operate and submit your logs for the contest. However, it is required for the logs to be valid for the contest group category. So go ahead and operate and submit logs this weekend and as long as we complete the authorization process within the allotted time, we will have no issues. In any case, the individual entries will still be valid.
When submitting the Cabrillo files, make sure you enter the club name as follows:
The Villages Amateur Radio Club
No abbreviations - enter as shown.
