Frank - you can just submit a list of all the contesters in the club.  If
someone ends up not participating, no problem.  Of course, if we have
someone new, they'll need to make that known.

For TVARC to be eligible in club contesting, a document including member
list is required. I can submit the list if members who plan to participate
notify me ASAP. Not sure yet how much in advance the list has to go in but
would like the input no later than tonight. 
Sorry for last minute but the decision to operate in the contest is new
(first ARRL contest for the club). If you plan on operating in this or
upcoming ARRL contests, let me know. Remember that you must reside and
operate within our club area - not sure how big the area is but for us,
within 50 miles should be ok. Will check details when I get home.
