Subject: [NEDECN] Dayton

We all consider Dayton (Xenia) as the Mecca for THE place to be in May. I always assumed that it had a robust economy due to NCR, the aviation industry and the GM plant and to a certain extent, I was correct.  I also learned that it was considered as the “high-tech silicon valley  of the 60’s”.  But boy, were my assumptions way off the mark in 2018. PBS and Frontline did a 2018 documentary on Dayton and if you have a change to see it, please do!  So next time you cruise through the flea, consider the far bigger side of Dayton that we never get to see.
