[TVARC] Winlink RMS station NX2I-10 operational

Everyone,
 a new Winlink Remote Message Server station NX2I-10 in the villages is
operational on 145.030 MHz, after a few weeks of testing. Thanks to the
efforts of W3HII, WB2UTI, K8ZAG, N4EBF, and others, final configuration of
the Raspberry Pi -based system is "complete". Please login to the system to
enable radio-based email. More details on the Winlink system can be found
over at the Sumter ARES website,
