You are receiving this email directly or via email list because you are an
amateur radio operator. All amateur radio operators, especially those of
you who are involved in or interested in EmComm are invited and welcome to
attend this meeting. So those who participate in ARES, RACES, SkyWarn,
CERT, as well as the local association / club members, come on out and join
us.



As an amateur radio operator, what we do in the EmComm world can affect
you, even if you are not an EmComm participant. Because though you may not
want anything to do with EmComm, when a pending event is going on, you sure
will hit up the repeaters to find out information; case proven during our
last two Hurricanes, Call Signs we have never heard before coming up on the
EmComm repeaters wanting information. And while we welcome you to do that,
we also welcome you to take a more active role in the EmComm arena.
