Frank,

I second the efficiency of FT8 during PW sunspot conditions.  As for it
replacing CW and voice, I doubt it.  The best thing going for FT8 is that
is digital with a computer doing all the work.  Today's connected
generation will take to it like a fish to water.  Once hooked, they may
want to try something as esoteric as CW (ancient coding, if you will). 
Gotta get them into the hobby somehow.
