[TVARC] FT8 during ARRL Field Day

Problem is that we need FT-8 to recognize
and send the field day exchange instead
of the grid square. I realize you can do that
in standard message 5, but that does not
confirm receipt. I spoke w/Bart Jahnke (via
e-mail) about this and he said that the "fix"
would have to come from the WSJT group.
