[TVARC] Less sunspots forever

A number of years ago, as we headed to last sunspot minimum at the turn
of the century, K1BG mentioned that we would probably only see one or two
more sunspot peaks.  I was aghast at what he said.  Now, I fear he may be
right - I'm looking at maybe one more big blast of sun acne to work them
all from FL.
