[TVARC] Kosovo

If you have not worked Kosovo yet, you are running out of time to work Z60A.
I hear that they will be tearing the station down starting Tuesday. Then it
is apparently up to the locals. They are easy to work now. Interest has
dropped somewhat. This station worked them on 40, 30 and 20 CW in the past
three days. Easy. Not like a couple weeks ago.
