Thanks George.  Most important rule is #5 which simply says, "If you get
no decode, DON'T CALL."  Joe's last note may be the one hope us
antenna-challenged folks have.  The team is currently using 4-5 slots to
call CQ and answer stations.  This puts them down 10 dB or more in ERP
which probably drops them well below the noise here.  I wouldn't be
surprised if most of their FT8 QSOs are west of the Mississippi except
for the substantial stations in the East.  Maybe in the last couple of
days of their operation they will drop to calling in 1 or 2 slots to
increase the chances of us decoding them.
