[TVARC] Field Day Update

Thank you to the many members who showed up this afternoon to help set up for Field Day.We accomplished a lot, in the heat outside and in the cool inside, but there is more to dobefore Field Day starts at 2PM tomorrow.
Lots of members pitched in to get the 2-el yagi built and installed on top of 20 feet of Rohn 25G tower,and it loads up pretty well.NP2B got Station #1 set up in the trailer's conference room, and it is working well.K2PS got Station #2 set up in the main area of the trailer, but it needs some troubleshootingto get computer control of the transceiver working.A few members attacked the patch panel labeling, and they got that squared away so we now knowwhich connections go to which stations.
Tomorrow we will begin working at 8:30 AM.  We still need to put the 3-el yagi on the trailer, installthe fan dipole for Station #2, set up the antenna for the FT-8 station, and finish getting the stationsset up.  I look forward to seeing the AM setup crew at 8:30.
