[TVARC] 20M FT-8

Band opened, got Antarctica, lots of
stations on, he had been up to Ø, he
gave me an -08, and then the band
just cratered.

Then, with nobody on the band, up comes
a strong signal - a VE5, only station on the
band, he rises to a +10, he gave me a +7.

Strange, very strange!
