[TVARC] C4FM radio programming

I have a new Yaesu FTM-100DR (Fusion) radio. Does anyone have the means to
program this radio? I have checked around and Chirp software is not (yet)
capable. I am interested in setting up for all the local repeaters, weather
channel, etc. The only other option I see right now is to purchase the RT
Systems ADMS-M100 Programming Software for this radio.
