For those of you who were at the Thursday night meeting, you heard about
the alleged ARRL problems.

I am happy to report that I understand the Board voted unanimously *not* to
change any of the bylaws and that a search committee has being formed to
find a new CEO. Barry Shelly, the League's financial guy, will oversee the
operation of the League until a new CEO is hired.

This is good news!
