It is gone. Sorry for the false alarm. Still have no idea what it was. My guess, someone transmitting with wrong set up resulting in an unmodulated audio carrier at 1000 Hz and a harmonic at 2000 Hz due to overdriving. If it was someone local, I hope this feedback helps. Frank KA1AF
