We’ve got to keep those interruptions to a minimum. People have to understand the proper priorities.

Maybe next time!

Good job Pete. I made a whole 19 contacts. Kept getting interupted here and finally just gave in... Fun while it lasted....

This is always a fun contest. Only 10 (of 12) hours long, and since it's
North America only (hence the name), we Villagers can often be loud enough
to be heard. RTTY is also the most relaxing mode, since you're able to do
lots of other stuff while letting the computer call CQ.

Played golf in the morning and so I got a little late start, but didn't
intend to put in a full effort in this one. Got pretty tired later and so
quit early (can't believe I was able to do 40+ hours in a 48-hour contest
back in the day)! Spent most of the time calling CQ, and they came back to
me pretty regularly, so pretty happy with how the inverted vees performed.
Still absolutely need to figure out something for 80. If K2DM can put up
something temporarily on 160, I ought to be able to deal with something half
the size, even if it's not in pursuit of the Worked All Briggs Award.
