[TVARC] Help with WSJT-X

Today I had a strange change in operation of WSJT-X occur.
Power output dropped to about ⅓ normal during operation.
I also use FLDIGI and this problem does not show up here.
Power output can be brought back to normal by increasing the output of the computer sound card significantly above normal.
However, back to FLDIGI and this level is now overdriving FLDIGI.
Both programs previously used the same sound card output for the same power level.

Any suggestions???? Have done all the normal things (reboot, reload, restart, different antennas - oops, did not try a different operator yet!!

I am in the process of reinstalling WSJT-X.

Help!!!
