[TVARC] HELP !!!

Morning - Do I have your attention?

Can any one tell me what, “Error in Sound Input, An error opening the audio input device has occurred” means?  Is it a Windows 7 error or a WSJT-X error. AND better yet how do I fix it?
I have tried all the “obvious ??” remedies.
