[TVARC] Fw: Dick and Larry cooking at Hamcation

Old age bites.  I was across the fairgrounds looking for a pair of elusive 6146s and totally forgot about the lunch!  Kicked myself later when I paid $13.00 for a bad sandwich and equally bad fries.  Regret missing the fun with the group.  Thanks to Dick and Larry, our TVARC Hamcation chefs .

WOW! How cool are Dick, KN4IFK, and his Elmer, Larry, AL4B, for providing a spot for TVARC
members and guests to hang out and enjoy some excellent food?  Dick's RV proved to be an
excellent gathering spot, and the spread that he and Larry laid out was delicious.  When Karen
and I stopped by for lunch at around noon, there must have been 10 people there munching away
or lined up to get a burger or a brat.  A good handful of more TVARCers showed up while we were
there.  It was a veritable cross section of club members including old timers and new members.
Everyone seemed to be having a splendid time.  Thanks Dick and Larry.  I may just go back tomorrow
for another burger!
