[TVARC] bouvet aborted

It appears that due to engine (and I'm sure
weather played a part in it) problems, the
Bouvet dxpedition has been aborted. I just
hope they had "trip insurance." (I don't even
know if you could get anything like that for
the event)

Lots of disappointed dxers out there!
