[TVARC] Proposed shutdown of WWV/WWVH

Thanks, Don for the heads-up on this important issue.  Let's hope the
threatened shutdown of WWV is only a bureaucratic budget gambit and not a
serious threat.

I also signed the petition to keep WWV alive.  All amateur radio operators
should review this issue (WWV's shutdown) and sign the petition to insure
this proposed shutdown does NOT happen.
