[TVARC] Contest This Weekend: The "North American QSO Party SSB" Contest

Hi Members of TVARC's Maillist,

It's time to get ready for the "North American QSO Party (SSB)" contest
that's happening this coming weekend (August 18-19, 2018).  These NAQP
contests do NOT allow high power; so, low power stations can do very well.
Plus, these NAQP contests only run for a maximum of 12 hours (be sure to
check the rules as most stations can only operate 10 out of the 12 hours).
