[TVARC] radio-controlled drone weapons

Remember the two drones, loaded with explosives, that tried to kill the
Venezuelan President last weekend?

There is an article on remote-radio-controlled drones on page A11 of
today’s Villages Daily Sun about the counter-measures (radio-jammers,
kilowatt laser-weapons and radar) being developed by companies (Raytheon,
Boeing, AeroScope, etc) to handle this problem.  The feds are concerned
since a quadcopter crashed on the White House lawn in 2015.

VERY interesting!

I have a drone (it could probably only carry a fire-cracker) that is
controlled on the 2.4 GHz band so I was interested in this article.
