[TVARC] DX Clusters

Couple of questions for the group. 
1. What is a recommended DX CLUSTER for use in this area??
2.  Can you add DX Clusters to the existing N1MM list? (Since I needed to ask the first question, I decided to add this and save the time of looking it up!!)
For an Apple computer person, learning Windows and Windows software is a real burden. It taxes whatever is left to my brain!!!
