We will have a guest speaker and program presenter Joe Bassett – W1WCN. Mr. Bassett is one of the amateur radio operators who was deployed to Puerto Rico after Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the island. Mr. Bassett will share his story, the good, the bad and the ugly. This is one of the more recent deployments in EmComm work however the lessons learned here can also apply to everyday amateur operations.
