[TVARC] monitor 443.150

excellent Ed,

146.925 and 147.030. Hal is NCS on 147.030 and he informs me that there is
liaison between the two nets.

everyone please cancel my suggestion to monitor 443.150 and go to 146.925
or 147.030 instead.
